Your final presentation looks good overall. Your floor plans, elevation, sections and sections give a good glance of what your building would look in and outside. I am still concern with the literacy of your architectural idea, the final form and the complexity of the building. Perhaps it could have been a little bit cleaner and less saturated in its form. The structure still a concert to me. The glass is well held but the building in general does not seem to have a structural idea, if we could call it that. The landscape was also a bit forgotten, you placed five trees and called it a day. There is too much hard scape and little green or textured areas. There is no transitions between the street, the entrance, the public spaces and the building. Overall a good project. Please keep working hard on your concepts and your buildings as you go on in architecture school. Try to work faster through the first stages, you need more time to work with the form of the building and self-check if your idea and the building forms are compliant with your concept. I wish you the best in the following semesters. Rafael
First congratulations for your finished project. It looks good and completed. I am aware that the school emphasizes the concept and that you have little time for the internal ogranisation and that is why there are a lot of thing that should be improved there: the toilets are bad organised, the stairs also couil be improved in their spatial organisations and few things more....I am also bit confused from the scale of the building...it loooks smaller now compared to the surrounding...and I thinkt that its starting/endinng points should have been stretched to the end of the both sides of the block...now the facades are somehow left behind. The red riboon is unneccessary for me in this project. But all in all, i like to say that you have achieved good results. I hope you learned a lot from this and that you have written down all the things that you should improve in the next semester. Have a good summer holiday and all the best in your future education. Elena
