This is a link with the site analyses for
Manhattan Site on Block 107 and to Water Street. The reason I chose
this site it is because of its view to the water and historical location that attracts
many people. In my opinion this site would give charming to the future building
and would make it even more attractive as well as very easy to access because
of its convenient location.
Dear Nadejda....I already tried to post one introduction post but it has somehow wanished :) Anyway...I wanted to wish you a successful semester and I hope we will have fruitful online communication and discussion. I really like the location and the program that you have chosen. During my first stay in NY I spent 3 weeks in an appartment on the Water Street so the neighourhood is quite familiar to me and it`s atmoshphere is different than other parts in Manhattan. I hope you are aware of that and that the site analysis which is perfekt will lead you to a good project.
